Job summary

T-Rex Solutions is seeking a fully cleared Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Fort Meade, MD in support of the Intelligence Community. You will analyze requirements, guide system engineering activities, and support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC services.

Strong ticketing and communication skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have TS/SCI with FS or 'within 7 years' clearance, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and system architecture to define specs.
• Develop system design documentation and integration plans.
• Provide technical leadership for requirements, design, and testing.
• Support customers integrating with REST services and resolve access issues.
• Maintain incident tickets via JIRA/Redmine and communicate with stakeholders.
