Job summary

T-Rex Solutions is seeking a fully cleared Service Desk Engineer to support critical national security infrastructure at Ft. Meade, MD. You will analyze requirements, lead design activities, and provide technical direction across systems engineering tasks, interfacing with Government and senior executives.

The role emphasizes integrating enterprise services, handling REST calls, and guiding customers through complex software environments, with a focus on problem-solving and independent work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; 12 years total experience acceptable with substitution.
• Active TS/SCI w/ FSP clearance required within 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop technical documentation and system architecture/design documentation.
• Interact with Government and program personnel on SE considerations and issues.
• Support customers integrating with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services.
• Guide incident resolution through ticketing (JIRA) and various communication channels.
