Job summary

IBM Consulting in Washington, DC seeks a TS/SCI-cleared Graph Workflow Engineer to support national security initiatives. You will build graph-based analytic workflows and data visualizations to empower senior DoW leaders and decision-makers.

Bring 3+ years in data engineering or software development, experience with Python/JavaScript/Java, and familiarity with GraphAware Hume or Neo4j-backed platforms. The role requires US citizenship and active clearance.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance or immediate eligibility per DISS.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably STEM.
• 3+ years in data engineering or software development for analytic tools.
• 3+ years of programming in Python, JavaScript, Java, VBA or R.
• 1+ years configuring graph-enabled apps in GraphAware Hume or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior National Security leaders with decision-worthy data and analysis to improve intelligence systems.
• Build mission-critical intelligence workflows to produce decision advantage for OUSW(I&S).
• Work with graph technology to wrangle, clean, analyze and display data in decision support tools.
