Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a TS/SCI cleared Graph Workflow Engineer to join our national security team in the Washington, D.C. area.

You will apply data engineering and graph technologies to produce decision-ready insights for senior DoW leaders, shaping intelligence workflows and decision support tools used by policymakers and operators. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to security requirements, and hands-on experience with graph-enabled applications like

Qualifications

  • US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance or show immediate eligibility according to DISS security database (SCI within last 2 years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in STEM fields.
  • 3+ years of experience applying data engineering or software development skills to develop analytic tools and deliver graph-based analytic workflows.
  • 3+ years of experience using programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic for Applications, R) to deliver data engineering and/or software development services.
  • 1+ years of experience configuring graph-enabled applications in GraphAware Hume, workflow tools, investigative interfaces, or similar operational software

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior National Security data and analysis to improve the effectiveness of Intelligence systems supporting DoW Warfighters.
  • Build mission-critical intelligence workflows to produce decision advantage for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)).
  • Contribute to design, development, and deployment of graph-based analytics and visualization tools for decision support.
