Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Contract Support Specialist in Chantilly, VA to support the government contracting office across procurement, contract modifications, and source selection. You will work with the Contracting Officer to ensure FAR/DFARS compliance throughout the lifecycle and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet mission objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex acquisition processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years experience for senior level is preferred.
• Experience contracting with government customers and understanding of acquisition lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage SOWs, IGCEs, and RFPs.
• Advise on acquisition strategies (IDIQ, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP).
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers for source selection, awards, and documentation.
• Track contract performance to meet mission requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
