Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an Acquisition and Contract Support Specialist (GEOINT Ground) to support a government program office in Chantilly, VA. You will coordinate acquisition planning, contract management, and systems engineering activities to deliver mission-critical GEOINT capabilities in a regulated federal environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess TS/SCI clearance with poly.
• Familiarity with IC and/or DoD acquisition policies and procedures; experience with IDIQ, OTA, and other contract structures.
• Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and related acquisition regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with senior government and industry personnel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with program managers, systems engineers, and stakeholders across acquisition lifecycles.
• Develop, review, and manage SOWs, IGCEs, and RFPs; advise on acquisition strategies.
• Support contract execution and source selection activities with Contracting Officers.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, regulations, and audit readiness.
• Mitigate acquisition risks and align strategies with program objectives.
• Collaborate across SE, acquisition, and agile teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
