Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking an Asset Management Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join the Network Services Division in Chantilly, VA.

The role involves hands-on inventory, asset tagging, and ensuring real-time accuracy of asset records across multiple facilities. You will travel locally to conduct site-wide audits and collaborate with customer teams to resolve discrepancies and improve property control processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of customer and asset management regulations, policies, and authorities.
• Experience using customer asset management tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on scanning, tagging, and logging of hardware assets during audits.
• Verify serial numbers, barcodes, and location details in server rooms and storage areas.
• Log and reconcile asset transactions in property management databases.
• Prepare listed hardware assets for staging, deployment, or disposal.
• Collaborate with program teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and control issues.
• Generate operational status reports and meeting minutes from reviews.
• Occasionally travel locally to audit at customer facilities and perform barcode sweeps.
