Job summary

Innova Solutions in Chantilly, VA, is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a 12-month contract with potential to hire. You will support program logistics, coordinate shipments, audit assets, and ensure timely delivery while interfacing with the PHS&T Lead and IPTL.

A high school diploma is required and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is needed. The role pays $52-$55 per hour and is based in Chantilly, VA 20151.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Experience with PHS&T and logistics processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support an efficient PHS&T process that minimizes delays and errors.
• Interface daily with the PHS&T Lead and IPTL to ensure logistics needs are met.
• Perform asset and equipment audits on customer- and company-owned property.
• Identify and report availability of packing materials to the PHS&T Lead/IPTL.
• Process and track shipments to and from customer sites, depots, and manufacturers.
• Monitor movement of supplies from stockrooms to field locations.
• Support depot-specific logistics operations as assigned.
• Assist in developing strategies for tracking assets and spare parts.
• Support component inspection, quality activities, and training coordination.
