Job summary

Tulzi Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Specialist to design, provision, secure, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for the DME MVP solution at Andrews AFB, MD. You will implement IaC, build secure CI/CD pipelines, and ensure DoD-aligned configurations in a SIPR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in cloud engineering.
• DoD 8140 certifications maintained; TS or higher clearance required.
• Experience with cross-cloud data patterns (AWS/Azure/OCI/GCP).
• Strong IaC skills with Terraform and CloudFormation.

Responsibilities

• Design, harden, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for the DME MVP.
• Build a self-service data infrastructure platform for engineering workflows.
• Engineer cross-cloud data interoperability across AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP.
• Develop secure IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines with security scanning and automated testing.
• Lead MVP service catalog and API gateway with access controls.
• Manage cloud networking, IAM, encryption, and DoD-aligned security.
