Job summary

SOSi seeks a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure GovCloud infrastructures across AWS and Azure. You will implement IAM/RBAC, Zero Trust, and cross-domain networking to support IL2/IL4/IL5 environments and automate deployments with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

You will collaborate on ATO processes, SSP/SAR/POA&M, and RMF/NIST compliance while optimizing resources and reporting usage and costs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining GovCloud infrastructures across AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in IAM, RBAC, ZTA, and cloud networking (VPC peering, subnets, VPNs).
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
• Experience with ATO processes, SSP/SAR/POA&M, and RMF/NIST/DoD IL-4/IL-5 mandates.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure GovCloud environments in AWS and Azure.
• Configure IAM, RBAC, and security groups to enforce least privilege.
• Optimize cloud networking (VPC peering, VPNs) for secure, scalable ops.
• Develop IaC solutions to automate secure deployments (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
• Contribute to security/compliance reporting and cost tracking across IL2/IL4/IL5.
