Job summary

PingWind, Inc. seeks an intermediate SharePoint Administrator to manage and sustain collaboration services in a governed enterprise setting, ensuring secure site architecture and permissions management with strong Power Platform involvement.

The role supports ongoing operations, with governance compliance and documentation maintenance across SharePoint and related workflows, while delivering user training and responsive support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years experience in SharePoint Site Collection Administration and Power Platform.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments including site collections, hub sites, team sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, and architecture for secure collaboration.
• Enforce governance standards, content management, and access controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Platform issues, and user problems, coordinating with admins and IT teams as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, provide user training, and maintain documentation.
