PingWind is seeking an Intermediate SharePoint Administrator to administer and sustain collaboration and content services in a governed enterprise environment at Quantico, VA. You will manage site collections, permissions, and governance while supporting Power Platform solutions and user training.

Responsibilities include designing secure site architecture, enabling Power Apps/Power Automate/Power BI, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation and governance compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years SharePoint Site Collection Administration experience.
• Power Platform experience including apps and flows is preferred.

Position Description

Ailani Wind Joint Venture is seeking Intermediate SharePoint Administrator to administer and sustain collaboration and content services in a governed enterprise environment, ensuring secure site architecture, permissions management, and responsive customer support. This role supports ongoing operations and enhancement of SharePoint environments and related workflow/reporting capabilities while maintaining documentation and compliance with applicable governance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, hub sites, team sites, document libraries, lists, permissions, storage management, and site architecture to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable collaboration services.
• Establish and enforce SharePoint governance standards, content management practices, and access controls to maintain data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and best practices.
• Design, develop, and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI integrations, to streamline business processes, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, Power Platform, and user-related issues, including access permissions, synchronization problems, workflow failures, storage constraints, and integration challenges, coordinating with enterprise administrators and technical teams as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, provide user training and support, and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational artifacts to promote effective information sharing and user adoption.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Clearance Requirements: Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
• Travel may be required for position.
• Experience with access control/permission governance; working knowledge of Power Platform and GCC/GCC High constraints; basic JSON familiarity helpful.

Desired Qualifications

• Certification Requirements: Microsoft PL-200 / PL-300 / PL-900 (preferred but not required).
• Experience supporting DAF or AFOSI mission applications and users.

$67K-$93k
