St. Michael's Inc. is hiring a Facilities Manager to support a DoW client at MacDill AFB, Tampa. You will manage day-to-day government buildings in a client-facing role, focusing on preventive maintenance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and 3 years' experience in facilities management, fire/safety, and USSOCOM network interactions. Join a teamwork-driven organization with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in managing facilities in accordance with regulations and standards.
• 3 years' experience with fire, safety, resource protection regulations and risk assessment methods.
• 3 years' experience working with the 6th Air Mobility Wing Civil Engineers office.
• 3 years' experience processing WCRs and ECOs through the USSOCOM network.
• Top Secret Clearance; SCI eligible on day one of performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance to identify building deficiencies and deferred maintenance.
• Submit Workspace Change Requests (WCR) as required.
• Submit work orders through the ECO Management System as required.
• Coordinate and perform the monthly fire pump test.
• Inspect fire extinguishers monthly and coordinate annual fire tag inspection.
• Coordinate, schedule and oversee custodial staff duties.
• Escort uncleared maintenance personnel in the SCIF as required.
• Attend IMPLANT meetings with the Command Engineer's office.
• Assist with space planning and report allocation changes; manage door locks and codes.
• Prepare reports and brief leadership about facility issues.
• Install ceiling tiles, flooring, and lights as required.
• Verify temporary facilities are serviceable after a hurricane or extraordinary circumstances.
