Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, keyboarding, and computer use; may lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling projects and access arrangements.
• Monitoring contractor progress on facility enhancements.
• Providing status reports of ongoing projects.
• Managing forms/documentation for maintenance and modifications.
• Attending monthly facilities meetings as government representative.
• Serving as primary OPR for TMT Construction Duty Escorts.
• Performing weekly building inspections and submitting work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
