Job summary

Guidehouse in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to support Homeland Security and Federal Law Enforcement clients. You will analyze business challenges, design data-driven recommendations, and implement solutions using analytics, BI, automation, and low-code platforms.

Lead requirements, build executive dashboards and Power Apps/Power Automate workflows, partner with client stakeholders, and ensure delivery and adoption in a 100% onsite role.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, business intelligence, analytics, process improvement, or technology transformation.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Power BI.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
• Experience with HR data analytics and reporting; knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes, workflows, and challenges to identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to define solution strategies.
• Analyze business problems and data to identify trends, risks, and efficiency gains.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Design and implement Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows for automation and data collection.
