Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Data and Analytics Consultant in Chantilly, VA to lead data analytics initiatives, build data assets, and guide teams in developing advanced analytics products. You will engage with clients to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable BI and ML insights.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 3+ years of data science experience, plus strong communication skills and expertise with Python/SQL/R and Tableau tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Data Science or Data Analytics.
• Experience cleaning, manipulating, and pre-processing data with Python, SQL, R, or Tableau Prep Builder.
• Experience developing BI reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal team actions to meet project and client objectives.
• Consult with the client to determine analytics requirements and methods for high-confidence models.
• Interface with Client Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, validate and deploy capabilities.
