Job summary

Intact Technology seeks a ServiceNow Developer (TS Clearance) for an on-site role in Reston, VA, to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions within secure federal environments. The work directly supports mission-critical government operations and requires ownership from concept to deployment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Top Secret (TS) clearance.
• Must be willing to obtain SCI access as required.
• Willingness to work fully onsite five days a week in the Northern Virginia/DMV area.
• Experience directly on a cleared or classified network.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Mastery of the ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.).
• Strong SDLC experience in secure/regulatory environments.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise ServiceNow solutions, from design through deployment.
• Design and enhance custom ServiceNow solutions for secure government environments.
• Develop scalable ITSM workflows, integrations, and automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mission leads to deliver tailored ITSM capabilities.
• Lead module development, integrations, and enhancements across the ServiceNow suite.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and secure configuration under TS protocols.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical direction in a cleared environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and maintainability.
