Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Network / UC Specialist (VTC/Circuits) to manage telecommunications circuits and support unified communications in secure environments. You will coordinate TSRs, track issues, and produce timely reporting to ensure continuity of operations.

The role requires 3+ years in circuit management or telecom support, with a TS clearance and preferred CCNA/Security+. Travel may be needed. Competitive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years circuit management, telecom, VTC, or network support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of telecommunications circuits including TSRs, web orders, and service provisioning.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely delivery and validate services against TSOs.
• Provide operational support for VTC environments, including installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
