Migrant Help is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Coordinator to join the Income and Partnerships team. You will identify, research, and grow income from trusts, foundations, and donors, while stewarding relationships and supporting high-value grant applications.

Working with the Business Development Manager: Bids & Tenders and the Head of Income & Partnerships, you will build a robust pipeline and produce compelling proposals to fund our programmes and frontline services.

Qualifications

• Experience of trust & foundations fundraising.
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, accuracy and proofreading.
• Experience writing bespoke T&F grant applications, funding propositions and impact reports.
• Demonstrable track record of securing donations or grants around £10,000+.
• Experience stewarding high net worth donors.
• Understanding of trust & foundations fundraising, their operation and compliance considerations.
• Knowledge of philanthropy and donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Experience from conception to evaluation of fundable projects.
• Proven business case, feasibility studies, or proposal experience.
• Ability to work in a team and manage own workload.

Responsabilités

• Identify, research, qualify and build a pipeline of Trusts & Foundations and philanthropic prospects.
• Research funding opportunities aligned to strategic programmes.
• Aim for a minimum annual fundraising target of £75k+ with 6–12 month pipeline forecasting.
• Write high quality fundraising applications and propositions to inspire donors.
• Support donor cultivation, stewardship and building relationships with high-value donors and funders.
• Support individual giving and community fundraising and ensure high-quality donor management.
