Job summary

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is seeking a Senior Trusts & Foundations Manager to lead funding growth from trusts, foundations and statutory bodies across the UK. You will develop strategies, manage key funder relationships and craft compelling funding proposals to secure transformational support for young people.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing significant five and six-figure gifts.
• Experience generating multi-year funding commitments.
• Excellent written communication for funding applications, proposals and impact reports.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver strategies to grow income from trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
• Identify and secure new funding opportunities and manage a portfolio of supporters.
• Develop compelling cases for support and high-quality funding applications.
• Maintain relationships with funders and provide monitoring and reporting.
