Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks an experienced Paralegal to join an estate and trust administration team in Naples. This full-time, onsite role focuses on Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.

You will manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions, draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents, and assist with tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041).

Qualifications

• Background in Florida estate and trust administration (at least 5 years).
• Strong understanding of probate, trust, and tax processes, including federal transfer taxes.
• Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.
• Paralegal certificate or formal legal training; 4-year degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and estate/trust software platforms.
• Exceptional writing, organization, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing.

• Maintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and families.
