Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is recruiting on behalf of a client in Naples, FL for an experienced Paralegal to support estate and trust administration. This full-time, onsite role focuses on Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.

You will manage administration from asset collection to distributions, draft probate and fiduciary documents, and assist with Form 706/709/1041 tax returns. Strong writing and client-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Florida estate and trust administration experience.
• Strong understanding of probate, trust and tax processes.
• Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.
• Paralegal certificate or formal legal training; 4-year degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and estate/trust software platforms.
• Exceptional writing, organization, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions.
• Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings from multiple data sources.
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing.
• Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Forms 706, 709, 1041).
• Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys.
• Maintain clear client communication between attorneys and families.
• Use legal and tax software to streamline filings and documentation.
• Edit and proofread all work for accuracy and compliance with Florida and federal law.
