The Paralegal will manage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distributions, draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing, assist with Form 706, 709 and 1041,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Florida estate and trust administration experience.
• Strong probate and trust knowledge.
• Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.

Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its estate and trust administration team in Naples, Florida. This full-time, onsite opportunity supports high-net-worth estate matters with a focus on Florida probate, trust settlement and related federal transfer tax filings.

The Trusts & Estates Paralegal will support estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distributions. The role requires strong probate and trust knowledge, careful deadline management, accurate drafting and tax-filing support, and professional communication with attorneys, clients and families.

Onsite / No Remote.

What You'll Do:

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions
• Prepare inventories, schedules and accountings using data from multiple sources
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing
• Assist with Form 706, Form 709 and Form 1041 preparation
• Coordinate deadlines and monitor case schedules
• Proactively support attorneys throughout estate and trust matters
• Maintain clear client communication and liaise between attorneys and families
• Use legal and tax software to streamline filings and documentation
• Edit and proofread work for accuracy and Florida/federal compliance

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of Florida estate and trust administration experience
• Strong understanding of probate, trust and tax processes
• Knowledge of federal transfer taxes
• Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software
• Paralegal certificate or formal legal training
• Four-year degree preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and estate/trust software platforms
• Exceptional writing, organization and client-service skills

Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 annual salary.
