Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced paralegal to support high-net-worth estate matters. The role focuses on Florida probate, trust settlement, estate administration, and federal transfer tax filings. The paralegal will support attorneys and families through sensitive and complex matters with careful document preparation and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection through final distributions.
• Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using information from multiple sources.
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for attorney review and electronic filing.
• Assist with estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax filings (Forms 706, 709, and 1041).
• Track deadlines, coordinate schedules, and proactively support attorneys.
• Communicate with clients and families and serve as liaison with legal teams.
• Use legal and tax software; edit and proofread for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Florida estate and trust administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Florida probate, trusts, estate administration, and federal transfer taxes.
• Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.
• Paralegal certificate or formal legal training.
