Zaddy Solutions is partnering with a client in Naples, FL to recruit an experienced Paralegal for estate and trust administration. This full-time, onsite role focuses on Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.

You will manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions, draft pleadings, prepare tax returns, and coordinate deadlines while maintaining clear client communication with attorneys and families.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Florida probate, trust, and tax processes.
• Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software.
• Paralegal certificate or formal legal training; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Background in Florida estate and trust administration (at least 5 years).
• Exceptional writing, organization, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions.
• Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using data from multiple sources.
• Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing.
• Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, 709, 1041).

• Maintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and families.
• Use legal and tax software platforms to streamline filings and documentation.
• Edit and proofread all work for accuracy and compliance with Florida and federal law.
