A well-established law firm is conducting a confidential search for an associate attorney to support its growing private client and estate planning practice. The ideal candidate will have early to mid-level experience crafting estate plans and guiding clients through trusts, wills, and related planning instruments.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in estate planning and probate matters
2. Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, and other personal planning documents
3. Ability to advise individuals and families on asset transfer strategies and estate administration procedures
4. Experience managing probate filings and related court proceedings is beneficial
