Duties

1. Draft and implement estate planning instruments, including wills, health care proxies, powers of attorney, and a variety of trusts.
2. Develop and execute asset protection and Medicaid planning strategies.
3. Counsel clients on legal and financial considerations for long-term care and incapacity planning.
4. Guide trust funding and planning for individuals with special needs.
5. Collaborate with colleagues on complex estate and tax planning matters.
