Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, Delaware, seeks a Trust Administrator to support the Global Trusts & Estates Practice. You will set up account records, communicate with beneficiaries and co-trustees, and handle daily administration under supervision, contributing to risk management and client service.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, interpreting instruments, analyzing trust documents, coordinating tax matters, and partnering with advisors to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in the trust and estates industry.
• Knowledge of fiduciary products, legal, tax and investments.
• Strong client servicing and communication.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open estate or trust accounts with Account Opening Group.
• Interpret governing instruments and set up records; communicate with beneficiaries and co-trustees.
• Analyze wills and trust documents for legal, tax and investment issues.
• Manage day-to-day administration; minimize service and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Tax Officers and trust counsel to resolve tax issues.
• Support Trust Officer in maintaining beneficiary information and client service.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and other professionals to grow the trust business.
