• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions, including deposits, loans, and lines of credit.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guide through options, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and bank offerings.
• Refer clients to bank partners (e.g., mortgage, wealth, private client, business banking).
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Support a high-performing sales culture by coaching associates on sales, referrals, products, and services.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and perform transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues; stay informed on updates.
