NONPF is seeking an experienced CRNP or DNP to join our primary care team in Maryland. This role emphasizes building lasting patient relationships and providing comprehensive, continuous care as the first point of contact.

We value clinical judgment, patient-first care, and collaboration with a close-knit, independent practice. The ideal candidate will have active Maryland licensure (or eligibility), several years of primary care experience, and a genuine passion for long-term patient

Qualifications

• Active CRNP or DNP licensure in Maryland (or eligibility).
• Experience in primary care/family medicine; not for new graduates.
• Passion for long-term, continuity-based patient relationships.
• Patient-first mindset with strong bedside manner.
• Thrives in a close-knit, independent practice while collaborating with a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to practice decisions.
• Interest in developing a specialty focus within primary care is a plus.
