Job summary

Requires an MSN/NP program, active NP and RN licenses in the state, and BLS certification. DEA/CDS eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• MSN degree with accredited NP program completion.
• Current NP and RN state licenses required.
• BLS certification required or obtained before patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Performs examinations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-up and education for the patient population.
• Obtains patient histories and documents patient care charges accurately.
• Orders, obtains and interprets diagnostic tests.
