Job summary

CloseKnit Primary Care in Maryland seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, organized clinic. You will provide primary care to a predominantly adult population, perform routine exams, review labs, and document in the EMR with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an MD/DO license in Maryland, have at least 1 year of primary care experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• MD or DO license in Maryland (unrestricted).
• Board certification, if applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of employment in a Primary Care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong dedication to compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to adult patients with thoughtful, evidence-based care.
• Perform routine exams and preventive care with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Diagnose and manage common conditions.

• Review labs and charts promptly to ensure quality care.
