Job summary

Bucks County Technology Park in Trevose, PA is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper/Accountant to support day-to-day accounting across multiple companies. You will handle reconciliations, payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation.

The role offers exposure to a small-office environment with collaborative teams, a broad range of accounting functions, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements while growing with the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Experience working with third-party payroll providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reconciliations, schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and related reporting.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting processes.
• Provide bookkeeping support, including credit card reconciliations, receipt tracking, transaction reporting and special projects.
• Maintain accounting records and compliance documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
