LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with our client that is seeking a Staff Accountant in the Bucks County, PA area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional to provide crucial support in various aspects of accounting, including cash bank reconciliations, inventory, fixed assets, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP). This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and collaboration within a thriving company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in accurate reconciliations of cash and bank accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in the tracking and reconciliation of inventory transactions, including physical inventory counts
• Support the maintenance of fixed asset records and sub ledger and calculate depreciation
• Assist in the tracking and recording of fixed asset additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Process and monitor AR transactions, including aging analysis
• Assist in AP processes, including invoice verification and payment processing, and accruals
• Participate in special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA track is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Compensation

$65,000 - 75,000
