Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Duluth, MN is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to provide safe, compassionate care in nursing homes and other settings under licensed nurses. You’ll administer medications, document actions, monitor residents, assist with daily living activities, and communicate with care teams for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Minnesota CNA and TMA certifications.
• Minimum six months of nursing facility experience.
• Ability to follow medication orders and documentation protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in nursing facilities and other settings.
• Safely administer medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Document medication administration accurately and report changes.
• Monitor resident condition and medication effectiveness.
• Assist with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Communicate with nurses, residents, and families to ensure quality care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow safety procedures.
