Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Luverne, MN is seeking a full-time Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to deliver resident-centered nursing care and daily living activities under the supervision of a charge nurse. You will assist with basic health care tasks, monitor residents, document vital signs, and support dining and activity programs.

The role requires MN CNA and MN TMA licenses at the time of hire, offers 40 hours per week on day shifts, and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus a comprehensive

Qualifications

• MN CNA and MN TMA license required at time of hire.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Document care outcomes and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
