The Atlantic District seeks an Elite Agent to build trusted relationships with residents and business owners in Somerset. You’ll manage your own practice with the backing of an agency that values integrity, transparency, and personal connection.

Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, assessing client vulnerabilities, advising on coverage to provide peace of mind, attending local events, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from first contact to policy renewal.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline from the ground up.
• Strong comfort level with face-to-face networking and community engagement.
• Deep understanding of insurance policy structures and risk management.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain, accessible language.
• Experience using modern CRM platforms to track client interactions and follow-ups.

• Assess the specific vulnerabilities of each client and offer coverage solutions that provide actual peace of mind.
• Attend local community events to represent The Atlantic District and connect with new potential clients.

• Manage your own schedule effectively to balance administrative work with proactive client outreach.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from the initial conversation to the final policy renewal.
