The Atlantic District in Somerset, PA is seeking an Elite Agent who will build trusted relationships with residents and business owners while managing a personal insurance practice with support from an established agency. You will earn a base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities in a role centered on integrity and client-first service.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline from the ground up.
• Strong comfort level with face-to-face networking and community engagement.
• Deep understanding of insurance policy structures and risk management.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain language.
• Experience using modern CRM platforms to track client interactions and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents and business owners throughout the Somerset area.
• Assess vulnerabilities and offer coverage solutions for peace of mind.
• Attend local community events to represent The Atlantic District and connect with new clients.
• Analyze market trends to ensure clients receive relevant advice.
• Manage your own schedule balancing administrative work with proactive outreach.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle from first conversation to policy renewal.
