Job summary

Home Helpers of Gwinnett in Dacula, GA is seeking an Experienced Caregiver with 3+ years hands-on experience to join our in-home care team. You will provide personal care, assist with ADLs, and support clients in daily activities Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM, with start as soon as possible.

We value reliability, compassion, and professionalism. Candidates must be able to work independently, follow care plans, and communicate clearly with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Hands-on experience providing personal care.
• Experience assisting with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and meal preparation.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining their comfort and dignity
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines
