Job summary

Home Helpers of Gwinnett in Dacula, GA is seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver with 3+ years of hands-on experience to support clients in their homes in Dacula and surrounding areas. The role includes personal care, help with ADLs, meal preparation, and meaningful companionship.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with part-time to full-time opportunities. Must have reliable transportation and be ready to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Hands-on experience providing personal care is required.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and meal preparation.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Compassionate and patient with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining their comfort and dignity
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines
