Job summary

Home Helpers of Gwinnett in Dacula, GA is seeking an Experienced Caregiver with 3+ years hands-on caregiving to join our in-home care team. The role covers Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with part-time to full-time opportunities and starting immediately.

Qualifications include 3+ years of professional caregiving, ADL proficiency, reliable transportation, and strong communication. CNA/PCA/HHA certification is a plus; dependability and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• Hands-on personal care required.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ready to start immediately.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Dependable, punctual and responsible.
• Compassionate, patient and able to follow care plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CNA/PCA/HHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance.
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Follow client care plan and safety guidelines.
