Job summary

Home Helpers of Gwinnett in Georgia is seeking an experienced caregiver with 3+ years hands-on caregiving to join our in-home care team. You will provide personal care, support ADLs, and help maintain clients' comfort and dignity.

The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and capable of following care plans, with strong communication and the ability to work independently in clients' homes across Dacula and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience required.
• Hands-on experience providing personal care required.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers and meal prep.
• Dependable, punctual and responsible. Compassionate and patient.
• Able to follow care plans and instructions with strong communication.
• CNA/PCA/HHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance.
• Assist clients with ADLs and maintain comfort and dignity.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines.
