Job summary

Home Helpers in Dacula, GA is seeking an experienced caregiver to join our in-home care team. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on caregiving and familiarity with ADLs, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM.

Immediate availability is essential to provide reliable, compassionate care to clients in their homes. The caregiver will perform personal care tasks, support daily living activities, offer companionship, prepare meals, and help with light housework as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional caregiving experience.
• Hands-on personal care is required.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and meal preparation.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Compassionate and patient with clients.
• Able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance.
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines.
