Responsibilities

• Maintain household organization systems and daily prep for cleaning teams.
• Light tidying and routine upkeep throughout the week.
• Manage calendars, travel planning, and appointments across three properties.
• Coordinate vendors, repairs, and seasonal maintenance.
• Restock pantry, manage subscriptions, and handle errands.
• Prepare meals: four simple dinners per week, batch breakfast prep.
