Sage-Haus in Washington, DC is seeking a part-time House Manager / Family Assistant with meal prep support to help a busy family maintain a smooth weekly rhythm. The role requires proactive organization, reliable transportation, and a calm, professional presence around kids and a family dog.

You will manage family scheduling, meal planning and prep, laundry, shopping, errands, and light household maintenance.

Formación

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Vaccinations up to date per CDC guidelines.
• Comfortable around dogs and three kids.
• Strong organizational and proactive planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Family Support: handle occasional school pickups and activities.
• Household Management: daily resets and organization, shopping, drops-offs.
• Meal Planning & Prep: 4–5 dinners per week, pantry management.
• Laundry & Linen Care: washing, folding, and ironing as needed.
• Inventory & Errands: grocery lists, shopping, returns, mail handling.
• Pet Care: dog walks and care, vet visits as needed.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: calendar management.
• Deep Cleaning & Special Projects: seasonal organizing and maintenance.
