Qualifications

• Experience as a personal assistant, household staff, nanny, or caregiver.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable around children and pets.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, assist with meal planning, and grocery shopping.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, tidying, and organization.
• Run errands, manage dry cleaning, returns, deliveries, and household purchases.
• Assist with childcare (one girl in elementary school), family routines, and transportation as needed.
• Feed, walk, and care for one small dog.
• Coordinate household appointments, vendors, grooming, and veterinary visits.
• Manage calendars, appointments, paperwork, and other light administrative tasks.
• Assist with travel preparation and miscellaneous household needs.
