Sage-Haus is seeking a Part-Time House Manager / Family Assistant in Huntington Woods, MI. This role supports two-career parents with two school-aged children, covering school pickups, meals, laundry, groceries, and calendar coordination.

You will engage with children patiently, maintain discretion, and navigate household apps and sharing calendars to keep the family’s day organized. Flexible on schedule with a key focus on reliability and trust.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with ADHD and executive-function needs in children.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage afternoon school pick-ups and transportation.
• Help children stay organized for school with routines and materials.
• Maintain systems for backpacks, assignments, lunches, and calendars.
• Monitor school apps and provide proactive reminders to parents.
• Provide age-appropriate homework support and executive-function help.
• Coordinate evening or overnight childcare when needed.
• Handle light errands and shopping related to children and household.
