Responsibilities

Make complete recommendations to ensure customer financial well-being.
Engage customers by following up through onboarding campaigns.
Maintain accounts by updating addresses, names, issuing checks, and closing accounts.
Assist customers by answering financial questions, exposing fraud, and explaining services and charges.
Open/Close Night Drop with dual control processes for Night-Drop and mail.
Other duties as assigned.
