Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a highly capable Solutions Architect for its Professional Services team in the United States. You will bridge sales and delivery, translating complex business problems into Snowflake-based solutions, and communicating value to both technical and executive audiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, hands-on Snowflake expertise, and a track record of leading services engagements across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer.
• Minimum 2 years of practical Snowflake experience, leading or participating in services engagements.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience with at least one of AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Understanding of data analytics stack from ETL to BI and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, data warehousing, cloud data, analytics, or ML/AI.
• Experience with AI/ML model development and tools like Sagemaker, DBx, or Azure ML; familiarity with ml libraries.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at customers.
• Act as Trusted Advisor to key customer stakeholders to achieve Business Outcomes.
• Collaborate with Practice Directors and Managers to scope proposals and Statements of Work.
• Team with sales on opportunity development and account strategy.
• Lead on-site workshops and virtual sessions, and provide technical escalations as needed.
• Convey themes from customer meetings to delivery teams and propose new service offerings.
• Drive projects toward accelerating Snowflake adoption and value realization.
• Demonstrate value through demos, PoCs, and design sessions with customers.
