Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.
• Demonstrates ability to manage an extensive portfolio of middle market clients with revenues >$50M.
• Proven track record of prospecting, growing relationships, and closing profitable transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manages an extensive portfolio of complex clients with revenues $50M-$2B and helps them save, borrow, and invest.
• Acquires, deepens, maintains profitable relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Interprets financial statements to assess company conditions and industry trends.
• Collaborates with bank teams to design and deliver financial solutions for clients and prospects.
• Leads dialogue on industry, capital structures, and business issues with clients.
• Coaches and mentors peers and adapts to changing sales practices.
